Value added

In an effort to give our clients a couple of value added benefits:
 

• Delayed payment available on all PRO-active Pre-Market Sellers Inspections. For any sellers inspection, payment can be delayed until closing, for up to 45 days. 
   
• All inspections include one free re-inspection. Included in the inspection fee is one no added cost visit to the inspection address to re-inspect any discrepancies found in the original inspection. A final summary page will be provided that documents the repairs or improvements.
